GENERAL

My work leans in more to an anime style, I will list under here what I will do and not do! I also have the right to refuse a commission.

Will Do :

  • Gore

  • Furry Designs

  • Semi-mecha Designs

Will Not Do :

  • NSFW

  • Offensive Topics

  • Political Imagery

  • Full-mecha Designs (Can be negotiated for emotes)

PAYMENTS

Payments can be done either through paypal or through my ko-fi!
I accept both a full upfront payment and a 50% down payment, but payment must be sent first before any work can get started.
Note that the 50% payment will cover only up to the sketching process, if I have not received the other 50% after sketch I will pause the work until full payment is covered.

REVISIONS

I accept 5 major revisions to the work, any more after will be given a $5 USD fee per revision. Minor revisions do not have a limit nor fee.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

I generally take around 1-2 weeks to finish any illustrated works, and usually have an update on the work within a few days after ordering (may take longer to update depending on how busy I am but no longer than a week after order).
Storyboards may take longer depending on the length of the animatic.
Please specify if there is a deadline for the order before I start! If you need me to finish the work faster than the given deadline or general work time I've given, a rush fee will be applied to the order.
Fee will fluctuate depending on how quickly you want the commission to be finished, between 25%-100%. If anything happens on my end that requires pausing the work, I will let you know immediately!

USE

Personal use and content creation are included in your purchase. Commercial merchandising is listed as an option in the form with a +100% fee (double the original order price)

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

I have shared rights to the work and have the right to use them in my portfolio and as promotional content for future services. Please inform me before the work is finished if I am allowed to post it on my socials or if you prefer I post them after a certain date.

REFUNDS

Refunds are available only if the work has not gone past the sketching phase, if the work is already past that then refunds are no longer available.

COMMUNICATION

Communications will be done through DMs in any of the socials listed. I highly recommend communication through discord as I am most active there.
My local timezone is UTC+7, so my replies might take a bit longer depending on my time here. I will give updates every week, feel free to reach out and ask for updates too. But please do not ask for updates every day, I try my best to give updates often and daily updates may clutter the conversation.
